Our Approach Essentially STC will focus effort at the front end of a challenge or an opportunity – insuring that the recipient business has a complete set of tools and processes that will enable them to affect change successfully. These outputs often exist in the business already and are supported through the creation of clear structure and a strong brand to communicate them effectively. In simple terms we are assisting you to ‘see the job through’ with maximum buy in and minimum disruption. Furthermore investment in aspects such as training are only made where it’s really needed – and in a focussed way. For example, one-day customised project management workshops built around a recognised company process could be far more appropriate than a 5-day generic training course built around general business theory. To date, return on investment on STC’s portfolio of projects has been fast and measureable.
