The Day From Hell

Prepare to deal with major incidents, specifically those that have the potential for prosecution under the UK’s Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007. Under the Act, companies can be found guilty of corporate manslaughter as a result of serious management failures amounting to a gross breach of their duty of care.

Delegates will be immersed in an unfolding major incident that will simulate a realistic operational crisis. As the disaster unfolds and the crisis deepens, how will you and your senior people cope with the building pressure and demands of a potential criminal investigation while maintaining business continuity?

Our highly acclaimed interactive and revealing training experience has been designed to create as near-life an experience as possible, complete with role-play and a mock police interview. It is facilitated by instructors who have been there and done it!
