Sina Aghasadeghi: Junior Software Developer > Software Developer

Sina Aghasadeghi, who studied at the University of Strathclyde, has been promoted from Junior Software Developer to Software Developer.

Sina's journey is marked by a compelling transition from pharmaceuticals to software development. Initially focused on cancer research, Sina discovered his passion for technology's problem-solving aspect, leading to his transition into the role of a junior software developer. Sina's role as a Software Developer at STC INSISO encompasses building and modifying software to enhance functionality, adapting to new software, and improving performance.

Looking ahead, Sina aspires to continue evolving as a software developer, leveraging his unique background and fast-learning ability to drive innovation and efficiency.

Prashasti Narendra: Junior Data Scientist > Data Scientist

Having studied a BTech in Computer Studies at the Presidency University Bangalore, Prashasti completed a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Aberdeen before joining STC INSISO’s graduate programme.

Prashasti's ability to navigate complex data landscapes and derive meaningful insights has set her apart as a key player in our data science endeavours to bring a new generation of technologies to our clients. Prashasti has been heavily involved in the development of our AI-driven solution, COMET Signals. This innovative tool uses Machine Learning to analyse large unstructured HSEQ datasets and identify previously unseen insights in the data. These insights are mapped back to COMET’s uniquely coded RCA taxonomy, enabling our clients to leverage the full potential of their data.

Amir Panahi: Junior Software Developer > Software Developer

Amir Panahi, a University of St Andrews graduate, has been promoted to Software Developer, showcasing his progression from the graduate junior role.

Following his studies at the University of St Andrews (Bachelor of Science, Computer Science), Amir started his career when he joined the STC INSISO’s Graduate intake in 2023.

His hard work and ability to tackle challenges through innovative approaches have come to fruition as Amir has progressed to Software Developer at STC INSISO, marking a significant milestone in his career path.
